The transformation reached a historic milestone, when the Company became a public limited entity and proudly assumed the name VVIP Infratech Limited. The Landmark IPO : The most defining moment in our history came in when VVIP Infratech Limited launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The response from investors was nothing short of extraordinary, reflecting the strong trust and confidence in our business model and growth trajectory.
By the close of bidding, the IPO was subscribed 236.92 times. Retail investors subscribed 181.73 times, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 168.45 times, and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) showed overwhelming faith with 456.82 times subscription.
Our shares were officially listed, marking the beginning of a new chapter of growth and opportunity.
