He plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s presence in sewage treatment and large-scale public infrastructure projects, aligning operations with national development priorities. Known for his hands-on approach and sharp operational oversight, he has streamlined project execution, strengthened cross-functional coordination, and driven efficiency across complex, high-value assignments. As Promoter & Whole-Time Director, he plays a key role in shaping the brand’s approach to modern real estate—where design, efficiency, and lifestyle converge. He is at the forefront of embedding digital transformation into the group’s philosophy—redefining how projects are planned, executed, and experienced. By integrating technology-led processes, data-driven decision-making, and contemporary design thinking, he is enabling a more agile, precise, and future-ready development ecosystem. Varun Agarwal, Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant qualified in the year 2005. He has experience in the field of Accountancy, Taxation and Finance. Previously he was working with a US based Multinational Company “Target” (USA’s second largest Retail Co), Buongiorno Digital Innovation Pvt Ltd and Grant Thornton. Presently, he is a practicing Chartered Accountant and is a partner in SCAN and Company.

Mrs. Nupur Arora- Non-Executive Independent Director,has done Graduation and Post-Graduation in Commerce. An accomplished Senior Financial Analyst and Company Secretary (ICSI), Mrs. Nupur Arora brings deep expertise in corporate governance, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. With strong analytical skills and leadership experience, She has a proven track record in advising on complex financial and accounting matters, implementing effective systems, and ensuring sound governance. Her ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships makes her a valuable asset to the Board.
A commerce and law graduate from Delhi University, and a Certified Internal Auditor from Florida University, USA, Mr. Goel has over 40 years of experience in corporate advisory and professional services. He has worked with reputed organizations such as DCM Ltd., Jubilant Organosys Ltd., Moser Baer India Ltd., Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd., and Energo Engineering Projects Ltd. His expertise spans management and process audits, risk and assurance services, due diligence, ERP and quality systems implementation, statutory compliances, and business process re-engineering.

CS Kanchan Aggarwal is a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory. At VVIP Infratech Limited, she leads the secretarial and compliance functions, ensuring that the company adheres to the highest standards of governance and transparency.Her expertise spans company law, SEBI regulations, listing compliances, due diligence, and stakeholder management.Beyond her professional responsibilities, CS Kanchan Aggarwal believes in governance as a culture—driving integrity, accountability, and ethical business practices at every level of the organization. With her dedication and vision, she continues to contribute to the sustainable growth and long-term success of VVIP Infratech Limited.
Mr. Prashant Wahi is a seasoned finance professional with over 26 years of experience in accounts, finance, taxation, and audit. A commerce graduate, he also holds a Diploma in Computerized Financial Accounting from I.E.C. Limited, Ghaziabad. He began his career with reputed organizations. Since joining the VVIP Group in 2011, in Finance & Accounts, he has been an integral part of the company’s growth journey. As CFO, Mr. Wahi leads the financial strategy of VVIP Infratech Limited, ensuring effective financial management, compliance, and value creation for stakeholders.
