Mr Praveen Tyagi
Founder & Director
Mr. Praveen Tyagi (57), Founder and Director of VVIP Infratech Limited, is a first-generation entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in construction and infrastructure. A Civil Engineering Diploma holder, he began his career in 1991 as a civil contractor and went on to establish VVIP Group in 2001. Under his leadership, the company has diversified into Sewage and Water Treatment Plants as well as real estate, delivering landmark projects like VVIP Addresses in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. Guided by his belief that building homes means building trust, values, and a future. Guided by his philosophy: “When I laid the first stone of VVIP Group over three decades ago, it was more than just building homes — it was about building trust, values, and a future. Today, I see that dream not just alive but evolving, carried forward by a new generation with sharper tools and stronger ambition. I’m proud of what we’ve created, and even more proud of where it’s headed.”
Mr. Vaibhav Tyagi (34), Managing Director and Promoter of VVIP Infratech Limited, leads the Company’s infrastructure vertical with a focus on Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and sewerage projects. A B.B.A. graduate from the American InterContinental University, he brings over a decade of expertise in infrastructure development. Since joining the Group in 2015, he has driven the execution of large-scale projects, including the prestigious Jal Jeevan Mission. He oversees site operations, departmental coordination, and tender management, ensuring quality and efficiency. With his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, Mr. Tyagi is shaping VVIP Infratech into a trusted name in sustainable infrastructure. Guided by his belief: “At VVIP Group, infrastructure is more than construction—it’s the silent engine of progress. Every STP and sewerage project we undertake is a step toward a cleaner, stronger, and smarter India.”

Mr. Vibhor Tyagi, a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate, is the Promoter & Whole-Time Director of VVIP Infratech Limited with over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. A dynamic leader, he blends innovation with tradition, driving the Company’s vision of creating world-class lifestyles while staying rooted in its legacy. Guided by his belief that “carrying forward a legacy is not just a responsibility, it’s a promise,” he continues to reimagine luxury and community living for modern India. Deeply committed to the philosophy of carrying forward the family legacy, Mr. Vibhor Tyagi believes: “Carrying forward a legacy is not just a responsibility, it’s a promise — to innovate without losing our roots, and to lead without forgetting what brought us here. Varun Agarwal, Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant qualified in the year 2005. He has experience in the field of Accountancy, Taxation and Finance. Previously he was working with a US based Multinational Company “Target” (USA’s second largest Retail Co), Buongiorno Digital Innovation Pvt Ltd and Grant Thornton. Presently, he is a practicing Chartered Accountant and is a partner in SCAN and Company.

Mrs. Nupur Arora- Non-Executive Independent Director,has done Graduation and Post-Graduation in Commerce. An accomplished Senior Financial Analyst and Company Secretary (ICSI), Mrs. Nupur Arora brings deep expertise in corporate governance, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. With strong analytical skills and leadership experience, She has a proven track record in advising on complex financial and accounting matters, implementing effective systems, and ensuring sound governance. Her ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships makes her a valuable asset to the Board.
A commerce and law graduate from Delhi University, and a Certified Internal Auditor from Florida University, USA, Mr. Goel has over 40 years of experience in corporate advisory and professional services. He has worked with reputed organizations such as DCM Ltd., Jubilant Organosys Ltd., Moser Baer India Ltd., Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd., and Energo Engineering Projects Ltd. His expertise spans management and process audits, risk and assurance services, due diligence, ERP and quality systems implementation, statutory compliances, and business process re-engineering.

CS Kanchan Aggarwal is a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory. At VVIP Infratech Limited, she leads the secretarial and compliance functions, ensuring that the company adheres to the highest standards of governance and transparency.Her expertise spans company law, SEBI regulations, listing compliances, due diligence, and stakeholder management.Beyond her professional responsibilities, CS Kanchan Aggarwal believes in governance as a culture—driving integrity, accountability, and ethical business practices at every level of the organization. With her dedication and vision, she continues to contribute to the sustainable growth and long-term success of VVIP Infratech Limited.
Mr. Prashant Wahi is a seasoned finance professional with over 26 years of experience in accounts, finance, taxation, and audit. A commerce graduate, he also holds a Diploma in Computerized Financial Accounting from I.E.C. Limited, Ghaziabad. He began his career with reputed organizations. Since joining the VVIP Group in 2011, in Finance & Accounts, he has been an integral part of the company’s growth journey. As CFO, Mr. Wahi leads the financial strategy of VVIP Infratech Limited, ensuring effective financial management, compliance, and value creation for stakeholders.
